THE Asian Development Bank and South Korea have confirmed a combined US$41.9 million in low-interest loans to Cambodia for road and border improvements.
In a press release Tuesday, ADB said the money would be used to improve a 113-kilometre stretch of road in Banteay Meanchey and Oddar Meanchey provinces and a Thai border crossing.
